The Nebraska Trial Courts Case System (JUSTICE) offers online access via Nebraska.gov to court case records for nearly every court in Nebraska (with the exception of Douglas County District Court). Search costs are billed per record or by flat monthly rate.

The JUSTICE Court Case One Time Search system is designed to allow easy access to information about court cases throughout Nebraska. For a $15.00 per search fee, a user can search for a party involved in a case in Nebraska. The results of the search can provide information on up to 30 cases. The search and corresponding results can be viewed over a three day time frame.

Court records in the Douglas County District Court are available through a county-supported group called CPAN (County's Public Access Network). CPAN has been developed by Douglas County to allow access to public County records through the use of teleprocessing equipment or personal computers.
