Mandatory Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) - Information for Attorneys

 

Administrative Tools for Reporting, Requesting Credit

An online submission system will be in place on or around October 1, 2009, for the attorney to submit a request for CLE credit and complete other administrative tasks related to MCLE.

• Attorney's Form to Seek Eligibility for Active Status - This form is to be used by an inactive attorney wishing to transfer to active status.
• Suspended Attorney's Form to Seek Eligibility for Active Status - This form is to be used by a suspended attorney wishing to transfer to active status.
  

• Request for Credit for Teaching Application - This form is to be used to request credit for teaching or presenting at an approved CLE event.

• Model Affidavit/Affidavit Template - This form can be used by an attorney in response to an official notice of noncompliance.

• Request for Waiver, Exemption or Extension Applications - use the online system for these requests.
