Provider Tutorial - tips on navigating the software

Nebraska MCLE Online functions best in Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox browsers. Complete functionality in other browsers cannot be guaranteed.

 

The Nebraska Supreme Court created the Nebraska MCLE Commission to monitor compliance with the MCLE rule, and approve vendors of CLE.

 

Interested in Providing CLE in Nebraska?

To provide CLE in Nebraska, your organization may apply for accredited provider status or request approval of individual educational offerings available to Nebraska attorneys. Applications accepted when made from our online system only. Contact the our Help Desk at 402.471.3137 to request a sponsor-user account if needed.

 

  • Option 1

    ACCREDITED PROVIDERS/SPONSORS

The legal education programs of an accredited CLE sponsor shall be automatically approved for CLE credit so long as its status as an accredited CLE sponsor remains active. $200 Application Fee

  • Accreditation Application Form (fillable PDF format) - Applications for Accreditation are no longer being accepted in the paper application form format. Applications for accreditation must be made via our online system. Include the materials listed as required on this form in your online application for efficient processing. Contact the Nebraska MCLE Commission with any questions.

 

  • Option 2

    INDIVIDUAL COURSE APPROVAL, NOT-ACCREDITED

    Use the online system to request approval CLE credit of an educational activity available to attorneys practicing in the State of Nebraska. Application for approval must be made at least 10 days before the proposed activity. $50 Application Fee

 

If you are interested in providing CLE in Nebraska, you will need a sponsor-user account on Nebraska MCLE Online in order to submit your application(s). Contact the Nebraska MCLE Commission at 402.471.3137 or nsc.mcle@nebraska.gov to request a sponsor-user account.
