Defined in by Statute 43-250 concerning juveniles held in temporary custody by a law enforcement officer. Authorizes Probation officers as the decision making authority as it applies to need for pre-adjudication placement or supervision and the need for detention of a juvenile and whether secure or non-secure detention is indicated. |
