A healthy democratic society can exist only if the people of the State have respect for their legal system. That respect comes not from being awed by the system but rather, from understanding that system. The information on this site is designed to help the people of the State of Nebraska better understand the judicial branch.

Nebraska attorneys are required to report Mandatory Continuing Legal Education credits through the Online Attorney Credit Tracking System. All active attorneys are to complete 10 hours of continuing legal education, including 2 hours of ethics or professional responsibility, per calendar by December 31, 2012. Annual reports are due no later than January 20, 2013.
